Role Overview: As a Project Manager - MEP, you will lead and oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing projects from inception to completion. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of quality and safety. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to drive project success and innovation. What You'll Do: - You will manage all phases of MEP projects, including planning, design, execution, and closeout. - You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment. - You will develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. - You will oversee quality control and compliance with industry standards and regulations. - You will identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery. - You will lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. - You will mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth. - You will contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in MEP engineering. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and design principles. - Proficiency with project management software and tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification. - Experience with sustainable design and LEED certification processes. - Familiarity with municipal and environmental regulations. - Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering firm.
