Works with leadership to ensure that all software systems are running properly. This position supports the department in completing all required department reporting, completes departmental reporting, and manages all other reporting. This position will also aid the department and organization by creating informative reports, monitoring statistical performance measures, and making recommendations on ways to improve as an organization.Education: ▪ Required: High School diploma ▪ Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a Healthcare Related Field or Analytic Field Experience: ▪ Required: 2 years’ experience with computer systems, program management, or statistics ▪ Preferred: Healthcare or Contact Center Analyst experience Skills: ▪ Communication ▪ Data abstraction and Electronic Medical Record Navigation ▪ Data analysis and interpretation of contact center data including telephony and Electronic Medical Record Information ▪ Creating detailed reports for a variety of stakeholders Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Preferred: Certified Healthcare Data Analyst (CHDA) Looking for Physician Opportunities?
