Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MDS Communications is seeking a highly driven and strategic Product Manager to join their growing team. This role involves owning the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and collaborating with various teams to drive product success. Responsibilities • Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution across assigned product areas • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities • Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases • Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and data insights to inform improvements • Communicate updates, timelines, and milestones with stakeholders and leadership • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure product goals are met Skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly • Experience collaborating with engineering and design teams Benefits • Annual Bonus: 10–20% of base salary • 401(k) plan • Health insurance • Dental and Vision insurance • Life insurance • Hybrid work flexibility • Opportunities for growth and professional development Company Overview • Cox Automotive is the world’s largest automotive services and technology provider.
