The company uses AI to streamline the process from risk assessment to underwriting. They are seeking a Cyber Claims Operations Specialist to manage the intake, organization, and resolution of cyber insurance claims, working with internal and external partners. Requirements • Assist with developing and implementing claims intake/resolution processes. • Coordinate with insureds and partners for logistics and information exchange. • Manage claims data and create/develop presentations. • Resolve claims and follow up on outstanding issues.
