Lead and manage cross-functional projects through the Change Development Process ensuring compliance, product lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 2+ years, experience in cross-functional matrixed organizations, budget management, and leading multiple complex projects.
About the position Responsibilities • Oversee projects through the Change Development Process to implement critical compliance needs across the Surgical product portfolio. • Help develop scalable processes for Compliance PMO to enable timely and efficient execution. • Ensure product safety, efficacy, cost-effectiveness, and market readiness throughout the product lifecycle. • Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate, develop, and manage lifecycle projects for products and processes. • Manage the operational aspects of projects, including planning, scheduling, and status reporting. • Monitor project progress, identifying risks, and implementing solutions to meet business goals. • Manage stakeholder communications and ensuring alignment to project/program objectives. • Manage project financials, including forecasting and tracking of accruals and actuals. • Develop or co-develop processes and tools to track project progress and ensure compliance within assigned areas. • Gather, plan, and manage requirements to ensure they meet demands of the project's key stakeholders. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. • 2+ years of experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization. • 2+ years of experience with budget management or financial tracking within projects. • 2+ years leading projects of increasing complexity and multiple projects simultaneously. Nice-to-haves • Knowledge in product development and commercialization in the medical device industry. • PMP or PgMP certification. • 2+ years of experience leading stakeholder communications across various peer and leadership levels of an organization. • Experience with advanced scheduling and resource management tools like Microsoft Project and/or Resource First/PDWare.
