Overview Covid Audio Visual, a Tempe based electronics distributor is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Manager to oversee accounting and operational activities within our organization. This role is responsible for managing accounting functions, ensuring efficient business operations, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in both financial management and operational oversight to drive business efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Management: • Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management. • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. • Collaborate with external auditors, tax professionals, and financial institutions as needed. • Monitor and control company expenditures to optimize financial performance. Operations & Business Management: • Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and productivity. • Coordinate with various departments to streamline workflows and enhance overall business performance. • Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and operational costs. • Support leadership in strategic planning and business growth initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. • 4+ years of experience in accounting, financial management, or operations. • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and business operations. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Effective leadership and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
