We partner with builders to deliver safer pools, smoother projects, and an exceptional customer experience, prioritizing the safety of our customers. As a Regional Product Representative, you will be the face of CoverSafe in your territory, building trusted relationships with pool builders while helping grow a strong, profitable region. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being in the field, understands construction, and thrives on building long-term relationships. You will work closely with regional leadership and builders to support projects from planning through completion, while driving new business and strengthening existing partnerships. What You’ll Do; • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing pool builders • Grow your territory by identifying new opportunities through networking, referrals, trade shows, and direct outreach • Conduct pre-site visits to gather measurements and project details that support accurate quoting and smooth execution • Serve as a product expert by educating builders on CoverSafe products, specifications, and building code requirements • Partner with regional leadership, manufacturers, and subcontractors to close sales and support builders • Track customer activity, sales progress, and follow-ups using our CRM system • Provide insights on market trends, pricing, and builder needs to support regional growth What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • 7+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales success • Experience in construction, project management, or service focused related field • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field • Problem-solver with a customer-first mindset • Comfortable using technology for communication and documentation Why CoverSafe: • A growing, people-focused company with a strong reputation in the industry • A collaborative team environment where your voice and insight matter • The opportunity to build long-term relationships and make a real impact on regional growth • A role that balances field work, relationship building, and strategic thinking Physical Requirements: • Periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Prolonged periods of sitting while driving
