Provider Recruiter (Pharmacist Focus) | Remote | Base up to $72K + Uncapped Commission This role is for recruiters who understand provider hiring and already have experience recruiting pharmacists. Most of the work centers on pharmacist searches, with consistent demand across community-based healthcare organizations. Many openings support FQHCs, PACE programs, and outpatient settings where pharmacist coverage directly affects patient access and continuity of care. There is also some involvement with physician, NP, and allied health recruiting, but pharmacy remains the main focus. You will manage searches end-to-end with internal teams supporting credentialing and coordination, so you can stay focused on recruiting and candidate communication. Why You Should Apply • Fully remote, full-time role • Base salary up to $72K plus uncapped commission • Benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days of full-time employment • Pharmacist-first recruiting with steady demand • Limited MSP or VMS involvement • Exposure to provider recruiting beyond pharmacy • No sales or client cold calling • Strong internal support for operational tasks What You Will Do • Recruit pharmacists for community health centers and outpatient settings • Manage searches from sourcing through start • Support physician, NP, and allied health recruiting as needed • Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates and internal teams • Keep ATS and CRM records accurate and up to date What You Will Need • Experience recruiting pharmacists is required • Background recruiting physicians, NPs, or allied health is a plus • Knowledge of pharmacist licensing and credentialing • Strong organization and follow-through • Comfort working independently in a fully remote role • Experience using ATS and CRM tools Interviews are underway. Actual compensation offered will be dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, and location.
