Proven experience owning and scaling UGC programs in large DTC brands with significant ad spend, strong creative and data-driven mindset, and hands-on leadership.

Our UGC engine is already built and producing winners — now we’re hiring a Director of UGC & Creator Content to take it to the next level. This role is for a performance-driven creative leader who knows how to scale an existing UGC program, expand creator pipelines, and generate high-volume, high-converting content that unlocks spend on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. You’re not starting from zero. You’re inheriting a system that works — and your job is to pour fuel on it.
