You’re experienced at managing multiple sales processes at the same time through various stages to get deals across the finish line, while keeping the broader sales organization informed. Responsibilities We’re looking for an experienced, energetic Enterprise Account Executive to help drive some of the biggest opportunities in our pipeline and work directly with the most influential players in real estate. As we execute on our mission to become the market leader, it’s critical that we not only grow, but actively partner with and support the largest and most sophisticated owners and operators in the world — and that’s where you come in. You’ll represent Cove in high-impact sales cycles with global prospects, building trusted relationships and delivering value at scale. This is a highly visible, high-touch Enterprise sales role that requires travel and in-person engagement as part of a complex, relationship-driven sales process. Some sample Cove clients that are similar to the accounts you would be targeting include: RXR, Nuveen, BioMed Realty, and Perform Properties. Qualifications 6+ years of sales experience in software/technology business. 2+ years of sales experience working deals with ACVs of $250k+. Experience in Commercial Real Estate and/or Proptech, strongly preferred. Past experience in a startup environment, preferred. Proven track record of meeting sales quota and metrics. Ability to understand Cove’s product and build great relationships with potential clients and portfolios. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. A self-starter excited to work in a new environment and contribute to building new processes as we grow. Experience with HubSpot or another CRM. Some travel may be required.
