Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Automotive Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team and drive high-end vehicle sales. Duties • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass monthly sales goals through effective coaching, training, and performance management. • Responsible for maintaining top-tier CSI scores, ensuring full OnStar and Chevrolet mobile app compliance, and driving accessory sales to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. • Manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads through outbound calls, cold calling, and networking efforts. • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track customer interactions, manage inventory data, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement. • Oversee inventory management and control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of high-demand vehicles while minimizing excess inventory. • Support the sales team with upselling techniques, negotiation tactics, and closing strategies to maximize revenue per sale. • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with customers, vendors, and internal teams to foster positive relationships. . • Ensure compliance with dealership policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across all sales activities. Qualifications • Proven experience in automobile sales or dealership management with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Demonstrated expertise in outside sales, B2B sales, retail sales, and high-end vehicle transactions. • Exceptional negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in inventory control, retail math, and CRM software utilization. • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus), along with confident public speaking capabilities. • Experience in outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and lead generation is highly desirable. • Knowledge of automotive industry standards including inventory management, dealership operations, and automotive marketing techniques. • Ability to manage a diverse team effectively through sales management practices that promote motivation and accountability. • High level of professionalism with outstanding phone etiquette and customer service orientation.
