Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Regional Manager (Chinese and English) to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, strategic vision, and bilingual proficiency to lead teams effectively, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence regional development while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Duties • Position Responsibilities • Store Expansion & Site Acquisition – conduct market research, site feasibility studies, lease negotiation, and ROI evaluation. Qualifications • Experience in chain restaurant / coffee / beverage store development or construction management. • Strong knowledge of lease terms, architectural drawings, permitting procedures, and construction communication. • Exceptional execution, project management, communication, and data analysis skills. • Ability to travel across multiple cities; bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred. • Development & Construction Management – oversee the end-to-end process including design, permitting, construction, inspection, and licensing. • Landlord & Construction Coordination – liaise with landlords, GC contractors, designers, and city departments to ensure timely project delivery. • Pre-Opening Readiness – lead equipment, materials, staffing, POS/system setup, food program onboarding, and supply chain integration. • Operations Management – drive sales growth, control costs, manage labor scheduling and performance, and ensure SOP compliance across stores. Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Health insurance Work Location: In person
