Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cotiviti is looking for a VP, Corporate Software Architect who understands large-scale, high-performance product designs and principles. The role involves defining how to use the latest technologies and AI innovation to optimize Cotiviti's products for better scalability and performance while working closely with high-profile customers. Responsibilities • Own end-to-end availability, reliability, scalability and performance of our Cotiviti products and services • Ability to architect a high scale, performance optimized infrastructure which elastically handles customer needs • Innovate, Design, and prototype solutions for healthcare applications to handle heavy loads • Build and maintain our SaaS offerings to ensure maximum uptime and predictability while preventing outages and service interruptions or degradations • Analyze system failures and develop rapid response solutions to ensure such failures do not reoccur • Work cross-functionally with product development, Product management, Program Management and Cloud Infra operations teams • Partner with Engineering leads to provide the AI advise and help them enable AI innovation in their products • Predict and provide notice of potential system vulnerabilities for current and future solutions and implementations. Provide specific recommendations and guidance to address such vulnerabilities • Develop and manage processes and metrics that ensure maximum reliability and uptime for our customers • Analyze, build and maintain all automation tools and processes to ensure the highest standards of reliability and robustness • Fully understand our customers’ service needs and ensure we meet these needs • Hire, develop, coach, lead and retain top-tier talent, with a focus on building and improving a team and culture that is able to assist in employing best in class practices to support and drive high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned • Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation Skills • BS degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred • 10+ years of experience as an architect with experience building large scale products and cloud service • Work with geographically disperse teams • Experience creating effective cloud infrastructure solutions that ensure a high level of performance • Experience managing complex deployments • Strong AWS / Azure / GCE / OCI / OpenShift knowledge • Strong knowledge ML Ops and Agentic AI • Strong knowledge in healthcare payer solutions • Demonstrate ability to handle high profile customer escalations • Excellent customer communication skills • Demonstrable skills showcasing how to use AI Agentic Automation to transform workflows • Demonstrate strong working knowledge as a hands on architect who worked across multiple products and cloud services • Successful track record of building and maintaining products and SaaS services including required monitoring, testing, and tooling • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies • Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills including interfacing with customers on a professional and cooperative level • Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with Cotiviti customers Benefits • Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage • 401(k) savings plans • Paid family leave • 9 paid holidays per year • 17-27 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, depending on specific level and length of service with Cotiviti Company Overview • Cotiviti enables healthcare organizations to deliver better care at lower cost through advanced technology and data analytics that improve the quality and sustainability of healthcare in the United States.
