Full Description

The Knowledge Center Manager is a proven leader with experience managing contact center operations and knowledge management functions. Skilled in building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences. Adept at workforce planning, performance management, process optimization, and implementing technology solutions that improve efficiency and service quality. This is a remote role. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: • Directs the operational roadmap for service delivery • Implements and evaluates performance programs • Partners with Claims, IT, and Training teams • Leads planning for new knowledge tools and customer experiences Knowledge & Skills: • Contact Center Operations Management • Workforce Planning & Scheduling • CRM & Telephony Platforms (Five9, Genesys, or equivalent) • Data Analysis & Reporting (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent) • Change Management & Process Improvement • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Education & Experience: • 5+ years in a customer experience, contact center, or claims leadership role PAY RANGE: CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time. For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.
