Overview We are seeking a senior-level Project Manager to lead enterprise IT and operational technology initiatives in a large, regulated utility environment. This role will manage complex software, infrastructure, telecom, and integration projects, working across engineering, operations, and application teams. Key Responsibilities • Lead full lifecycle IT/OT projects from initiation to closeout • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies • Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders • Track milestones, risks, and deliverables; provide executive reporting • Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and compliance considerations • Support change management, process design, and organizational initiatives Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 10+ years project management experience with degree (14+ without) • Experience delivering medium to large enterprise IT or infrastructure projects • Advanced MS Project skills • Strong stakeholder communication and documentation experience Preferred Qualifications • Utility, telecom, network, or infrastructure project experience • Knowledge of cybersecurity/compliance frameworks (NERC-CIP, NIST, FISMA) • Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery Work Model • Hybrid: ~2 days onsite per week in Vancouver, WA • Long-term contract with stable workload • Federal background eligibility required Apply If you have enterprise-scale project leadership experience and thrive in complex, regulated environments, we’d like to connect.
