Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support a critical ERP system replacement initiative. This role will be responsible for day-to-day project oversight, coordination between internal stakeholders and third-party partners, and ensuring the successful execution of early project phases including value stream mapping, requirements gathering, and ERP selection. This is a contract position designed to provide flexibility as the organization evaluates long-term needs. The engagement is expected to begin prior to project kickoff to allow for onboarding and may extend beyond the selection phase depending on project scope and future system initiatives. Role Responsibilities: • Provide overall project management leadership for an ERP replacement initiative, ensuring alignment across business, IT, and third-party teams • Partner closely with an external consulting group leading value stream mapping and requirements definition • Coordinate project planning, timelines, milestones, and deliverables through the ERP selection phase • Facilitate stakeholder engagement across warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, and corporate teams • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and third-party vendors • Ensure consistent communication, documentation, and follow-through on action items and decisions • Support vendor evaluation and ERP selection activities, including requirements validation and stakeholder alignment • Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints and proactively manage mitigation plans • Provide executive-level updates and reporting on progress, risks, and recommendations • Support onboarding, process familiarization, and knowledge transfer during early project phases Required Skills and Experience: • Proven experience as a Project Manager on ERP implementation or ERP replacement initiatives • Strong background working with warehouse management, distribution, and transportation/logistics environments • Experience in fresh produce, food & beverage, regulated distribution (such as medical or pharmaceutical industries). • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and consulting partners • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical teams • Experience leading requirements gathering, process mapping, or value stream mapping initiatives • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills • Comfortable operating in environments with evolving requirements and future-state uncertainty All qualified applicants at CorSource Technology Group will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
