Customer Care Representative (Temp) Join our team and deliver exceptional customer experience as a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for an experienced, energetic person to help us through the holiday rush. In this role, you’ll ensure a world-class experience for our direct consumers and warranty services by handling inquiries with professionalism, meeting product delivery and return expectations, and championing our commitment to quality. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for consumer inquiries via Zendesk CRM. Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with knowledge and efficiency. Assist customers with order processing, shipment tracking, and returns or exchanges. Identify and resolve customer concerns, provide proactive solutions to improve their experience. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while maintaining a positive brand image for the company. Identify customer inquiry trends and provide feedback for process improvement. Demonstrate customer-focused communication skills and professionalism across all levels of the organization. Skills and Experience: Language: Fluent in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus. Experience: Prior experience in a multichannel customer service role (phone, email, CRM, live chat) preferred. Familiarity with Oracle, Shopify, Zendesk, and all Microsoft Tools is a plus. Professional Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail. Ability to type at least 60 words per minute (WPM) with a professional level of keyboard accuracy. Proficient in time management and prioritization, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Attributes Empathetic and skilled at understanding customer concerns. Calm under pressure and capable of de-escalating tense situations with professionalism and tact. Enthusiastic, dependable, and customer-oriented mindset. High attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders. Additional Information Schedule: Weekends and holidays may be needed.
