They will align with both internal and external customers on a daily basis in order to drive and support company objectives. This role is essential to ensure the consistent high standard of quality and service delivery of CorroHealth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Note: The essential duties and responsibilities below are intended to describe the general duties and responsibilities of this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive statement of duties. This position may perform all or most of the primary duties listed below. Specific tasks, responsibilities or competencies may be documented in the Team Member’s performance objectives as outlined by the Team Member’s immediate Leadership Team Member. Location: Remote (Within US Only) Required Schedule: Monday – Friday, You MUST be able to start between 6:30 & 7:30 AM EST with your shift then ending between 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST Hourly Salary: $19.00 (firm) JOB SUMMARY: The Operations Support Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of operational activities to support the CorroHealth team. Job Responsibilities: Interact with designated client contacts to align CorroHealth program with existing provider systems and processes. Coordinate projects as assigned to ensure completeness and timeliness of project delivery. Comprehension and writing of business requirements for internal applications - while tracking of the project through training, deployment, and post-deployment support. Maintenance of critical operational records in an accurate and detailed manner. Act as a key liaison related to operational processes and objectives. Management of complex operations tasks as assigned. Manage and maintain excellent working relationships with internal/external customers via face to face, telephonic, and electronic interactions. Additional responsibilities that would correlate with the growth of the company. Required Experience/Skills: Must have previous customer service experience Must have administrative experience in a healthcare environment Must have an understanding of EOBs, Medical Records, HIPAA Must be proficient in basic computer skills and have experience using system including but not limited to Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Excellent computer skills, including typing, email Knowledge of EMR system functionality required Exceptional communication and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with constant interruptions is required. At times, Team Members are subject to sitting for prolonged periods. Infrequently, Team Member must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. Team Member may experience elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and with work entailing multiple deadlines.
