Full Description

Summary of Position 1000 Mile Travel Group is a wholly owned entity of Corporate Travel Management. 1000MTG is the independent contractor brand for CTM and a leading host agency within the North American and Global Marketplace. We provide support and resources to independent contractors (ICs) and travel professionals, enabling them to thrive in their businesses. As a forward-thinking company, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering growth within our network. Company’s Purpose & Vision: Guided by our company vision, at 1000MTG we believe that through One Team, One Mission, and One Successful Customer at a Time, we can achieve extraordinary results together. We are looking for the right motivated, driven team player to join us in making a difference and driving success for our customers and our organization. We are excited to introduce the newly designed and elevated role of Executive Director of Sales & Customer Success, a pivotal national position at 1000 Mile Travel Group. This role will serve as a strategic leader responsible for driving sustainable growth across both the corporate and leisure segments in North America. Having recently launched the corporate side of our business, experience and expertise in expanding this segment will be crucial to our success. The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of sales and account management, focusing on both organic growth and new business development. This includes guiding the acquisition of new independent contractors—both in the corporate and leisure spaces—and cultivating new corporate clients, while also ensuring the retention and expansion of existing accounts. A key part of this role is possessing strong analytical skills to review data, forecast market trends, and identify opportunities to capitalize on shifting business market dynamics. This role is highly strategic, emphasizing organic growth and innovative sales initiatives, but also demands a hands-on approach—rolling up the sleeves and actively engaging with prospects, clients, and network partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, a background in data analysis and trend forecasting, and the ability to blend strategic vision with tactical execution. Partnering closely with the leadership team, the Executive Director will develop and execute targeted strategies to increase revenue, enhance margins, and foster long-term client relationships. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the SVP to craft and execute a targeted sales and retention strategy in alignment with 1000 Mile Travel Group's our vision and goals. We seek a motivated and dynamic leader who excels in relationship-building, possesses a proven track record in sales growth, has strong analytical capabilities, and the agility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
