They are responsible for ongoing training, quality control, accountability to missed commitments, praise to achieving them, and creating a culture of trust that people are excited to be a part of. You will be leading a team of 10-14 front line technical support representatives. 100% Remote Opportunity This position is 100% remote from day 1. We have some constraints with what this means. These are the states we have payroll in: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware,Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Nevada, New Mexico, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wyoming Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM PST (11:00am-7:30am EST)- You must be able to adjust to PST, if you are in a different time zone. Responsibilities: • Continuously train and prepare employees to handle client questions and issues smoothly. • Complete quality assurance reviews to ensure our service is at its best. • Ensure employees understand our company, its goals, performance standards, and policies. • Share best practices and tackling difficult client situations together as a partnership. • Create a positive and safe environment, and recognize achievements. • Maintain high standards while supporting and guiding our team's growth. • Ensure accountability when/if employees do not follow through on commitments • Inspire employees to desire greatness in support of their team, our company, and our customers. Requirements: • Proficiency with our software applications, and phone/email systems. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong understanding of company products, policies, and services. • Ability to coach, train and motivate employees and evaluate their performance. • Excellent problem solving, attention to detail, leadership, customer service skills. • Analytic, efficient, and thorough. • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations. • Ability to address employee issues in a confidential manner and act as a mediate to ensure a cohesive and communicative team atmosphere. • Great attitude, fun to be around, constantly seeing to improve. • Willingness to flex with changes and help drive company initiatives. Wage: $55,000-65,000/yr Benefits: • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees • Annual review with raise option • 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays • After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days.
