Service Operations Coordinator $58,000-$68,000 + Full benefits, 401k Match, PTO We are a fast-growing service company known for delivering reliable, efficient, and customer-focused solutions to clients across the region. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to support our billing processes, customer interactions, and vendor relationships. In this role, you’ll support day-to-day service operations by ensuring billing is accurate and timely, addressing customer needs, and coordinating with vendors to keep services running smoothly. You’ll be an essential part of keeping our workflow organized, our partners informed, and our customers satisfied. Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email • Manage billing processes including generating invoices, reviewing work orders, and resolving billing discrepancies • Maintain accurate customer and service records within the system • Coordinate with vendors to schedule services, follow up on outstanding information, and maintain positive working relationships • Monitor open service requests and ensure timely completion and communication • Prepare and distribute invoices, statements, and service-related documentation • Support internal teams with administrative tasks to keep operations running efficiently • Identify opportunities to streamline billing, communication, and vendor coordination processes Qualifications: • Minimum of 2+ years of billing experience • Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities • Experience managing vendor relationships or coordinating service workflows • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working in ERP/service management systems • Friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering exceptional service • Corporate Resources has been hired by our client to recruit for this open position and any/all other positions as requested and posted.
