We are looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This person will play a key role in supporting daily operations, assisting customers, and ensuring accurate coordination between departments, vendors, and logistics partners. It’s a hands-on position that requires strong follow-through, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. Responsibilities • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear communication and timely updates on orders and deliveries • Work closely with vendors to confirm pricing, lead times, and resolve discrepancies related to shipments or invoices • Enter and maintain accurate order data within the company’s ERP system and ensure all supporting documentation is complete • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments, verify delivery status, and address any delivery issues • Assist with preparing quotes, purchase orders, and sales reports for management review • Monitor inventory levels and notify purchasing when restock or special order items are needed • Support daily office functions, including maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and general administrative organization Qualifications • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail • Effective written and verbal communication abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Corporate Resources has been hired by our client to recruit for this open position and any/all other positions as requested and posted.
