Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Display and Cabinet Carpenter, located in Indianapolis, IN. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, assembling, installing, and repairing wood and wood substitute structures, displays, and cabinets. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting plans or blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, using hand tools, power tools, and machines, as well as ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and finishing. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols are essential elements of this role. Qualifications • Proficient Carpentry skills, including construction, installation, and maintaining installed products • Experience with Hand Tools and Power Tools, with a focus on safety and proper use • Knowledge and expertise in Finish Carpentry techniques • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality craftsmanship • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required • Previous experience in display and cabinet assembly or a related field is preferred
