Overview We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patient, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle a multi-line phone system efficiently. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Duties • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. • Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel. • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. • Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks. • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. • Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and managing accounts . • Support office management functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Experience • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential. • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required. • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele. • Familiarity with Optometrist receptionist duties and pulling authorizations for vision and medical along with billing. • Prior experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles would be beneficial.
