What You'll Do: - You will design, develop, and optimize robust data pipelines to support various business needs. - You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other engineers to ensure data quality and accessibility. - You will implement data integration solutions from multiple sources, ensuring seamless data flow. - You will monitor and troubleshoot data systems to maintain high availability and performance. - You will contribute to the architecture and strategy for data storage and processing. - You will mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in data engineering. - You will stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements. What You Bring: - You have 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields. - You possess strong skills in SQL, Python, and data pipeline frameworks such as Apache Airflow or similar. - You have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - You understand data warehousing concepts and tools such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake. - You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - You communicate effectively and work well in cross-functional teams. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of streaming data technologies such as Kafka or Kinesis. - Familiarity with machine learning pipelines and tools. - Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
