Content Administrator (HR Knowledge Base Writer) Location: Plano, TX Overview: Cornerstone Technology Talent Services is seeking a detail-oriented and inquisitive Content Administrator with strong technical writing skills and a passion for creating impactful, user-facing HR content. This role supports a high-performing team within a global enterprise, focused on enhancing the employee experience through clear and accurate knowledge base articles. This is a unique opportunity for writers who enjoy research, storytelling, and translating complex HR topics into consumable content. Journalism or academic writing backgrounds are highly valued. Key Responsibilities: • Write, edit, and maintain knowledge articles for an internal HR-facing knowledge base. • Research HR-related topics and consult with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Translate complex policies, procedures, and scenarios into accessible and engaging content. • Optimize articles for SEO and findability within platforms such as ServiceNow. • Perform audits to ensure existing content is up to date, relevant, and aligned with internal style guides. • Support onboarding of new content areas and SMEs as part of the knowledge base expansion. • Partner with internal communications teams and frontline support to align messaging and identify content gaps.
