QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN Carrollton, TX | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $18/hour • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, Flexible for OT ROLE IMPACT: The Quality Control Technician plays a key role in ensuring product integrity and compliance during in-process manufacturing. This role focuses on maintaining quality standards, performing tests, and supporting production teams to deliver reliable products that meet or exceed client expectations. Success in this position is measured by accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established testing protocols. KEY DUTIES • Perform in-process QC inspections on production lines and verify products meet all quality standards and specifications • Conduct manufacturing and functional testing, record results, and report non-conformances to supervisors • Maintain accurate inspection logs and documentation for compliance and traceability • Support corrective actions by identifying root causes and assisting with process improvements • Collaborate with operators and engineers to resolve quality issues in real time MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 1+ year of experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing Inspection (in-process testing preferred) • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical specifications or work instructions • Familiarity with inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, or measurement devices • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as part of daily duties EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT • Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery • Standard QC instruments and test equipment used in production line environments • Use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) as required PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience with electronic or mechanical assembly quality inspection • Knowledge of ISO or GMP manufacturing practices • Basic computer skills for entering inspection data into tracking systems LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
