HR Generalist Location Southlake, Texas | Onsite Compensation & Schedule • Target Salary: $65,000 annually upon conversion • Full-time schedule (standard business hours) Role Impact The HR Generalist supports daily human resources operations and ensures employees and leaders receive timely, accurate, and compliant HR support. This role helps drive a positive workplace culture by managing core HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and benefits administration. Success is defined by consistent policy application, accurate documentation, and strong internal service delivery. Key Responsibilities • Administer day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, escalating complex issues as needed • Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries • Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws • Partner with leadership on recruiting coordination, performance management support, and policy implementation Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or similar HR support role • Working knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations practices • Experience utilizing BambooHR (Human Resources Information System) Core Tools & Systems • BambooHR (Human Resources Information System – HRIS) • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Payroll and benefits administration platforms Preferred Skills • Experience in healthcare, executive health, or medical practice environments • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Professional certification such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional) Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
