Healthcare Reimbursement Team Lead Location Remote‑US (must reside near TX 75056, NC 28217, or FL 32746) Compensation & Schedule • $20.00–$22.00/hr • 7am–7pm CST / 8am–8pm EST; Monday–Friday with Saturday flexibility • W2 employment • Assignment: 11/1 start, ends mid-February 2025 (FT conversion possible) ROLE IMPACT As a Healthcare Team Lead, you’ll guide a remote team of Benefit Verification Specialists through seasonal healthcare operations. Your leadership will ensure productivity, service quality, and team readiness during the busiest cycle of the year—supporting access to care for patients nationwide. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee daily benefit investigation workflows and staff productivity • Provide live coaching, task guidance, and issue resolution to team members • Monitor quality metrics and escalate issues per established protocols • Assist in onboarding, training, and developing seasonal team members • Collaborate with supervisors to improve processes and training content MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred) • 2+ years in specialty pharmacy, medical insurance, or healthcare support • 1+ year of supervisory or team lead experience • Experience working in a remote leadership capacity • Must reside near TX 75056, NC 28217, or FL 32746 CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Remote communication and coaching platforms • Internal benefit investigation and documentation systems PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience managing dynamic, high-volume healthcare operations • Strong attention to detail and ability to lead with motivation • Ability to handle escalations and balance competing priorities LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
