The Customer Experience Representative will answer inbound calls to assist customers with scheduling appointments and make outbound calls for follow-ups and reminders. They will provide excellent service and support to customers and franchise partners while logging call details accurately into the scheduling system.
Candidates should possess strong verbal communication and listening skills, along with a friendly and professional phone manner. Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
