Full Description

Job Description: • Lead and manage end-to-end system conversion projects for banks and credit unions. • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external vendors. • Oversee project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication. • Conduct needs analyses to understand client requirements, workflows, and operational impacts. • Support data migration, validation, and testing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Provide subject-matter expertise on banking operations and system functionality. • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions throughout the project lifecycle. • Deliver training and documentation to help clients successfully adopt new systems. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree • At least 5 years of conversion project management experience with banks, credit unions, vendors, or consulting firms; OR a combination of 2 years in project management and 3 years in financial institution or bank back-office operations • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase projects with financial institutions • PMP or CBAP certification preferred • Hands-on banking or credit union operational experience (deposit ops, lending ops, back office, etc.) Benefits: • Up to 50% travel • Equal employment opportunities
