Role Overview: The Growth Marketing Manager (reporting into the Director of Growth) will lead the execution and optimization of customer acquisition and conversion strategies across our various channels, including but not limited to Meta, Google, Podcast, CTV, etc. This role requires a combination of creativity, strong analytical thinking, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Candidates with experience working in restricted categories (e.g., alcohol, CBD, pharmaceuticals, gaming) are especially encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth marketing campaigns (e.g., paid search, social media, email, content marketing) Develop campaign and ad-set strategies to maximize key performance indicators and to build effective funnel strategies across our paid channels Analyze performance metrics to ensure acquisition goals and targets are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative and Brand to provide performance reporting on ad-styles and to push for creative optimizations. Identify and test new customer acquisition channels, tools, and strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within financial parameters. Candidates who have experience managing $1MM+ budgets are strongly encouraged to apply Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, particularly in restricted categories. Have a strong understanding of marketing attribution and data analysis. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field. Candidates who have DTC / in-house brand experience, and/or agency experience are especially encouraged to apply Demonstrated success in executing and scaling paid and organic marketing campaigns. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, marketing automation platforms (Funnel, Supermetrics, etc.), and attribution platforms (GA4, TripleWhale, Northbeam, etc.) Creative problem-solver with a test-and-learn mindset.
