Production Support Analyst (Remote) Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 Employment Type: Full-Time, Exempt Location: Remote Reports To: Portfolio Manager Make an Impact at the Department of Health and Human Services Corinth Consulting Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Production Support Analyst to join our Client Delivery team. In this mid-level role, you’ll play a critical part in translating business and regulatory needs into technical solutions that support the mission of the Department of Health and Human Services. What You’ll Do Track and manage inquiries in the help desk ticketing system to ensure timely responses, identify trends, and support continuous service improvements. Utilize appropriate systems and workflows to monitor inquiries and identify common issues or opportunities for module-specific enhancements. Evaluate user needs and define technical problems in collaboration with functional and technical staff to determine effective solutions. Conduct analysis and testing in lower environments to validate resolutions and ensure system integrity. Liaise with functional, development, testing, and help desk teams to troubleshoot complex system issues and document root cause analyses. Facilitate stakeholder meetings by organizing sessions, documenting action items, managing communication matrices, and ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. Investigate and resolve Tier 3 help desk tickets involving complex business and system issues, including testing and verification in platform environments. Provide bi-weekly and monthly utilization reports and help desk usage analysis using reporting tools to identify problem trends and resolution effectiveness. Train and develop new and existing team members through written training plans, coaching, and use of tools such as phone, chat, email, screen sharing, and manuals.
