Job Summary Under general direction, responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of the plumbing infrastructure in a safe, effective, and efficient manner in response to or in support of the customer's needs. Essential Functions • Repair to plumbing fixtures through the Hospital & Medical center. • P.M. assignments on required equipment. • Maintaining hospital sewer system including drain maintenance. • Trouble shooting supply water problems and correcting. • Reading and understanding Hospital Mechanical blueprints • Installation of new equipment (fixtures and systems). Range of Pay • Pay between $26.74 and $32.50, based on experience Qualifications Required • High School Diploma or equivalent • 5 years of relevant experience 5 years of documented work experience in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing infrastructure in a 400,000 sq. ft. commercial, industrial or institutional facility.
