Job Overview As a Project Coordinator at Coretelligent, you will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a central point of coordination between executive leadership, technical teams, and external stakeholders—ensuring projects remain aligned, organized, and moving forward with clarity and accountability. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple initiatives simultaneously, maintaining visibility into timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. This includes supporting executive-level reporting, improving internal processes, and helping bring structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, is highly organized, and brings a strong sense of ownership, discretion, and professionalism when working across teams and with senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and organizational priorities. Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies, proactively identifying risks and ensuring timely execution. Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams (Technology, Product, Sales, Marketing), executive leadership, and external stakeholders. Facilitate stakeholder alignment by ensuring clear communication, accountability, and visibility across all project participants. Prepare executive-level reporting, including structured updates, summaries, and insights to support decision-making. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and implement standardized documentation, tracking systems, and workflows to improve clarity and consistency. Support governance and compliance efforts by maintaining project documentation, managing content lifecycle processes, and identifying potential risks. Manage operational logistics associated with projects, including vendor coordination, documentation review, and budget or billing tracking. Maintain a high level of organization across all project materials, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency. Required Skills and Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in project coordination, executive operations, or enterprise-level program support. Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate. Experience working with enterprise platforms (e.g., Oracle or similar systems). Demonstrated ability to manage complex initiatives or migrations that result in measurable efficiency improvements. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting executive-level stakeholders. Salary Range for this position (depending upon experience): $100,000 - $105,000 This range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations (with the exception of MA, NY, and CA). Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, work location, and relevant education or training.
