Role Overview We’re looking for an energetic and organized Field Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives and support our sales teams in building pipeline and accelerating deals. In this junior-level role, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing field marketing programs including events, regional campaigns, and partner marketing activities that generate awareness and demand in key markets. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience who thrives on creating memorable experiences and building relationships with customers and prospects. Key Responsibilities Event Planning & Execution Plan and execute regional field marketing events including trade shows, conferences, customer dinners, roadshows, and executive roundtables Manage all event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, attendee management, and on-site execution Develop pre-event promotion strategies and post-event follow-up campaigns Create engaging event experiences that showcase CoreStory’s value proposition and generate qualified leads Coordinate virtual events and webinars to extend reach beyond physical locations Regional Marketing Programs Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns tailored to specific markets and industries Partner with sales teams to understand regional priorities and create targeted initiatives Build localized content and messaging that resonates with regional audiences Coordinate with digital marketing teams to support regional campaigns with paid media and email Manage regional marketing budgets and track ROI on field marketing activities Sales Enablement & Partnership Build strong relationships with regional sales teams and account executives Create sales tools and collateral to support field sales efforts Coordinate account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives for target accounts Support sales meetings with marketing materials and customer success stories Act as the marketing liaison for sales feedback and market insights Partner & Channel Marketing Collaborate with technology and channel partners on co-marketing initiatives Coordinate joint events, webinars, and content with partner organizations Develop partner marketing toolkits and enablement materials Track and report on partner marketing program performance Campaign Measurement & Optimization Track event and program performance including attendance, leads generated, and pipeline influenced Create regular reports on field marketing ROI and impact on sales goals Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders to improve future programs Identify opportunities to optimize field marketing spend and tactics Brand & Community Building Represent CoreStory at industry events and build relationships in the enterprise software community Develop relationships with industry analysts, press, and influencers Create opportunities for CoreStory executives and subject matter experts to speak at events Contribute to building CoreStory’s brand presence in key markets and verticals Qualifications Required 2-3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or B2B marketing roles Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing events Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience working closely with sales teams to support pipeline goals Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Ability to travel up to 30-40% for events and regional activities Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Preferred Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or enterprise software industries Knowledge of the enterprise IT, DevOps, or software development market Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies Familiarity with event management platforms (Cvent, Eventbrite, etc.) Budget management experience Graphic design skills or experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite Experience with partner/channel marketing programs Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications
