Role Overview: As a Senior Construction Project Manager at CoreSite, you will play a critical role in overseeing complex construction projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, supporting CoreSite's mission to provide exceptional data center environments. What You'll Do: - You will lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. - You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules and budgets. - You will conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - You will develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. - You will identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid project delays and cost overruns. - You will foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. - You will implement best practices in construction management to drive continuous improvement. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data center or commercial construction. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency with project management software and tools. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with data center construction and infrastructure. - PMP or equivalent project management certification. - Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification. - Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
