Role Overview: As a Senior Construction Project Manager at CoreSite, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, supporting CoreSite’s mission to provide exceptional data center environments. What You'll Do: - You will manage all phases of construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring alignment with company goals. - You will coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to maintain project schedules and budgets. - You will conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. - You will develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets. - You will identify and mitigate risks proactively to avoid project delays and cost overruns. - You will lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle. - You will mentor junior project managers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You Bring: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data center or commercial construction. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects on time and within budget. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools. - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with data center construction and infrastructure. - PMP or equivalent project management certification. - Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification. - Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
