Who You’ll Work With You will work with Director of Enterprise Business Intelligence. About the Role: The Chief Data Office (CDO) is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support enterprise-wide data initiatives. This role will focus on data analysis, reporting and automation to enhance decision making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure data-driven insights are effectively leveraged. Responsibilities: Develop automated data pipelines and workflows for real-time analytics and reporting. Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools. Develop and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake for efficient data processing and reporting. Leverage, Python, R and Snowflake ML for data manipulation, analysis, and predictive modeling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions. Optimize existing data processes for efficiency and scalability. Ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy in all reporting and analytics solutions. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in data analytics or similar roles. Strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake and Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Automate, etc.). Experience in data extraction, cleaning, automation, and visualization. Hands-on experience in building ETL workflows and automated reporting solutions. Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive meaningful insights. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics and machine learning. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for data analytics. Familiarity with business intelligence strategies and best practices.
