The Associate Director will manage quoting requests and handle pre- and post-settlement duties associated with structured settlements. They will also function as a backup for the Marketing Analyst and prepare critical departmental reports.
Candidates should have experience in the structured settlement industry and a comprehensive knowledge of related tax codes. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a life insurance license in relevant states, are also required.

About The Role The ideal candidate will have experience in the structured settlement industry and a familiarity with the settlement process, including quote and document preparation Comprehensive knowledge of the structured settlement product and tax codes governing it Most ideal candidate would have a high working knowledge of Medicare, workers’ compensation, liability settlements, or another specialty area within the structured settlements field Background of handling all pre- and post-settlement duties associated with a structured settlement Prepare and manage multiple and varied daily quoting requests, as well as locking new business book rate quotes Maintain a life insurance license in NY, TX and state of residence Ideally be an active committee member or Chair of a National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) Committee, or have the interest and expectation to do so Will function as a back-up for the Marketing Analyst Management and preparation of critical departmental reports Extensive customer relations background Must be able to work well within a team, demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change Strong written and verbal communication skills Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to problem-solve and work directly with structured settlement agents to find appropriate solutions and products for their clients Attention to detail is a must Should be able to demonstrate a strong working relationship with multiple clients Work Location This position is currently designated as remote.
