Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Project Manager Consultant. This is a hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 work from home) role located in Nashville, TN. Approximately 1 year duration. Hours are 8am-5pm. This role will work with the VP of Private Wealth Operations in Global Technology & Operations. You will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects affiliated with Private Wealth Client Reporting and new product offerings. The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure successful project outcomes. Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives. • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and leadership to ensure alignment. • Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies and escalate as needed. • Track project performance, monitor progress, and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders. • Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices. • Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team environment. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • PMP or other project management certification strongly preferred. • 5+ years of professional project management experience • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello). • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
