Position: Manufacturing Systems & Data Analyst Salary: $85,000–$110,000 annually Location: Chatham, Ontario Type: Full-Time | Permanent Overview Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Systems & Data Analyst to support manufacturing operations through system performance, reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with cross-functional teams to support production systems, troubleshoot issues, maintain data accuracy, improve operational visibility, and assist with digital and automation initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting reporting and KPI tracking, maintaining system documentation, assisting with system integrations, participating in testing and deployment activities, and helping improve overall process reliability and efficiency. Qualifications • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of systems or traceability support experience within a manufacturing environment • Experience supporting manufacturing-related systems and processes • Strong SQL and reporting experience • Experience with BI/reporting tools • Exposure to cloud-based data environments considered an asset • Basic Python knowledge considered an asset • Understanding of system integrations and APIs • Experience with automation and AI-enabled tools is considered an asset Pay: $85,000.00-$110,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
