Quality Control Operator LOCATION: Coppell, TX SHIFT • 2nd shift (3 pm-11:30pm) • 3rd shift (10pm-6 am) We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Control Operator to help ensure our products meet all quality and safety standards. This role involves product testing, monitoring production processes, and supporting our food safety programs. Key Responsibilities • Collect product samples and monitor quality throughout production. • Perform basic physicochemical tests on food products. • Conduct measurement checks • Monitor and document Critical Control Points (CCPs). • Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation. • Follow all QA lab procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Support and maintain 5S standards in work areas (cleanliness, organization, safety). • Report and help eliminate unsafe conditions in the facility. • Support other quality shifts as needed. • Perform additional tasks assigned by management. Qualifications • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows). • Ability to perform basic math and calculations. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work professionally with others. • Good time management and teamwork abilities. • Must be able to work weekends when needed. Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week Work Location: In person
