3rd shift Material Handler – Distribution Center Location: Coppell, TX Pay: $21.50/hr Shifts Available: 3rd Shift (9:45 PM-6AM) Type: Temp-to-Hire Position Overview We’re looking for reliable, experienced Material Handlers to join our Distribution Center team. This role is ideal for candidates who have sit-down forklift experience, can work overnight hours, and are comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll be responsible for pulling and assembling orders, loading trucks, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting accurate inventory operations. Key Responsibilities • Pull and prepare product using pick lists for outgoing orders. • Assemble, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment. • Load palletized orders onto trucks safely and accurately. • Repack damaged items into new boxes for shipment. • Maintain clean and organized work areas. • Unload incoming trucks and inspect product condition. • Move product to racking locations and update inventory records. • Communicate updated locations to admin/inventory teams. • Complete daily safety and equipment checklists. • Report any safety hazards or equipment issues immediately. • Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts. • Inspect trailers for safety and sanitation before loading. • Verify received products match purchase orders and meet quality standards. • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Requirements • At least 6 months of forklift operating experience, including sit-down forklift. • Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs repeatedly. • Basic reading and math skills (English). Pay: $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week Work Location: In person
