We are looking for an International Inside Sales Representative to join our winning Team! Qualifications General Position Summary The International Inside Sales Representative interfaces directly with UK, EMEA, MENA or APLA Sales Network as well as the Outside Sales team to solicit Core Health & Fitness products. Their focus will be to provide a high level of support to our customer network in order to facilitate the efficient processing and shipping of Purchase orders or quotes. Our Inside Sales team members are assigned to specific channels/customers but may be required to help support other customers/channels when needed. Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Handle inbound phone and email inquiries using customer service skills. • Contact customers, vendors, and other departments to efficiently coordinate and administer Purchase Orders. • Utilize Salesforce.com to create opportunities and quotes for customers, as well as manage inbound sales leads. • Manage all aspects of processing, booking, prioritization and shipping PO’s. • Promote additional sales and provide information to customer regarding inventory levels, shipping and tracking and other order related tasks. • Keep in daily contact with sales representatives and customers regarding order status and problem resolutions. • Manage the logistic and shipping communications with sales and customers throughout the order fulfillment process. • Required to create export documentation, such as commercial invoices and packing lists, on behalf of Core H&F. • Manage the Risks and Revenue for the assigned region and lead the weekly Risk and Revenue meeting. • Provide coverage for other INT’L territories during time off. • Remain up to date on Export Document Requirements and INCOTERMS and cross train the team via trainings and SOP’s. • Create ad hoc reports upon request from the sales team as well as management from both Salesforce and Oracle. • Work internally with other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales. • Assist with forecasting products/sales. • Assist with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) when necessary, as well as leading INT’L specific trainings. • Additional duties or projects may be assigned. Sales Administration Support to Asia Pacific, Middle East and North African Division • Manage customer facing price sheets for APMENA, and work with internal team to manage APMENA pricebooks in Salesforce. • Work with the sales team to maintain rebate programs up to date and help facilitate rebate related requests internally. • Provide margin analysis to the sales team as needed. • Help coordinate and attend Distributor Meetings (collect RSVP's, manage hotel and flight info for customers and sales people, etc) • Prepare urgent quotes for APMENA team members when they are unable to do so because of travel and other issues. • Additional duties or projects may be assigned. Specific Job Requirements include but are not limited to: • Show initiative and the ability to work independently. • Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with a strong work ethic. • Must have exceptional organizational and time management skills and maintain a professional demeanor. • Needs to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm while working in a team atmosphere. • Ability to remain focused and persevere through negative reactions on phone. • Communicating with the flywheel team regarding backordered product and accurate ETA’s. • Excellent record keeping through the entire ordering process, including accurate assessment of risks and communication with dealers regarding shipment updates. • Investigate and find solutions to any risks that arise regarding active PO’s. Providing alternative solutions to inventory related issues, actively working to pull orders in that the system has delayed. Monitor manufacturing schedules and inbound supply/inventory levels for all products • Utilize support staff to ensure efficient workflow while processing and booking dealer PO’s. • Have a working knowledge of INCOTERMS and shipping options. Education And Experience Requirements • Four-year college degree and/or equivalent experience a plus, but not required • Minimum 2 years previous sales experience and administrative and data entry experience. • Fitness background or industry experience preferred.
