Support RMF and cybersecurity efforts, produce security artifacts and trackers, maintain compliance with DoD and Army cybersecurity regulations, conduct vulnerability scans, and manage continuous monitoring of security patches.
Must have IA Level II certification, active Secret Clearance, US citizenship, and ability to manage cybersecurity processes and communications equipment.
CGS is searching for an experienced Network Operations Specialist / Risk Management Framework (RMT) to support the Mission Training Complex (MTC) located at Camp Dodge, Iowa. Essential Duties: • Assists the government ISSO for all efforts in support of Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Cybersecurity and will coordinate with outside agencies and MTC sites as necessary • Provides updates to the ISSO on when Cybersecurity risk management process is in place and the appropriate operational security posture is maintained and documented to protect and defend the capabilities and assets of the MTC Type Boundary Enclave, Information Systems, fielded Program Managed Systems, and Training and Exercise Networks • The position ensures that the organization fully complies with DoD Directives and Instructions 8140, Army regulations AR 25-2, NIST Special Publications 800-53 and 800-39, as well as following guidance from other Cyber agencies in USARPAC CSPMO, NETCOM, and CYBERCOM • Produces artifacts and trackers, as well as other documents to meet the Security Control Assessment – Validation (SCA-V) requirement to maintain the USARPAC Type ATO • Produces artifacts and trackers, as well as other documents to meet the Security Control Assessment – Validation (SCA-V) requirement to maintain the USARPAC Type ATO • Maintains and updates records and artifacts for uploading into the Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) • Conducts Vulnerability SCANs of the training enclaves and applies STIGs and patches performed by the SAs and NAs • Updates and documents STIGs in response to vulnerabilities identified during risk assessments, audits,inspections • Supervise/Performs continuous monitoring of applied STIGs and patches Requirements: • Ability to create/establish communications architecture, coordinate communications plans, configure communications equipment, implement Cyber Security processes, and assist in installing equipment and circuitry in support of exercises • IA Level II certification • United States citizen • Active Secret Clearance Working Conditions: Remote position Required Travel: Minimal Job Type: Full-Time Contract Length: More than 1 year Pay and benefits commensurate with experience.
