They are seeking a Software Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing lifecycle, expand channel partnerships, and grow their SaaS platform across various sectors. Responsibilities • Own the full sales & marketing funnel: from lead generation to closing • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach • Drive growth through strategic partnerships, joint sales calls, and channel enablement • Lead product demos and articulate the value of Core-Strategy to decision-makers • Build onboarding and training programs for partners and distributors • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams • Develop and implement go-to-market campaigns and co-marketing strategies • Stay ahead of industry trends in SaaS, Strategic Portfolio Management, and digital marketing • Use tools like Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and analytics dashboards to track performance • Grow revenue by expanding into new markets, sectors, and geographies Skills • 2+ years of proven SaaS sales experience (channel/partner-facing roles a big plus) • Passion for SaaS/AI technology and digital marketing • Strong understanding of B2B/B2G buyer journeys and partner sales strategies • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and spot growth opportunities • Strategic thinker who can sell outcomes, not just features • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment • Experience in a digital agency or marketing firm supporting SaaS clients • Familiarity with frameworks like SMART Goals, KPIs, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard • Understanding of Strategy Execution, Project Management, and Portfolio Planning Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Sales & Marketing • MBA in Sales & Marketing Benefits • Flexibility & autonomy-work independently with minimal supervision • Opportunity to shape the sales strategy of a growing tech product • Make a direct impact with mission-driven clients in government and nonprofit sectors • Growth potential in a high-demand, future-ready space: SaaS + Strategy Execution Company Overview • CORE-CSI provides enterprise architecture support to department of defense, federal and commercial customer.
