We’re looking for Corporate Recruiters who want to make extra income by coaching professionals and supporting our sales and branding efforts. Description: As a Career Coach & Brand Partner at Core Career Advisors, you will: • Coach professional-level clients on how to navigate their careers and hiring processes. • Use your recruiting expertise to deliver real-world insights into resumes, interviews, and negotiations. • Take inbound/outbound sales calls to share our coaching services and help brand our firm with prospective clients. • Represent Core Career Advisors as both a trusted coach and a front-line ambassador to new clients. Responsibilities: • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with professional-level clients (resume review, LinkedIn optimization, interview prep, negotiation coaching). • Offer actionable strategies for job searches, networking, and career advancement. • Take sales calls with potential clients to explain our services and highlight the value of professional coaching. • Build trust and credibility with prospects, ensuring they understand our process and approach. • Collaborate with other coaches and team members to refine our coaching model and sales approach. • Stay up to date on recruiting and job market trends to deliver relevant coaching and messaging. Qualifications/Requirements: • Proven experience as a Corporate Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner. • Minimum 5–10 years of experience recruiting at the professional level (manager, director, executive). • Must be able to use your own LinkedIn profile to network and demonstrate best practices. • Must be a strong sourcer — able to show clients how to find direct contact information (emails/phone) instead of relying solely on online applications. • Must be a grassroots thinker who can execute creative, hands-on strategies to drive results. • Strong communication skills — able to coach candidates as well as represent services on calls. • Previous experience working with hiring managers and leadership teams. • Comfort with both coaching professionals and engaging in consultative sales conversations. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance coaching sessions and sales calls. • Entrepreneurial mindset: motivated by both impact and income opportunities.
