Responsibilities Job Summary: The Sr Specialist, Market & Competitive Insights supports the development of strategic commercial decisions through deep market, competitive, and product analysis. This role is part of the Global Marketing team and is focused on delivering insights that shape product strategy, portfolio planning, and executive-level decisions across the business. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with the ability to interpret external market data and competitive intelligence within the medical device sector. Responsibilities: Conduct market sizing and competitive benchmarking using internal and third-party data sources to assess product performance and market positioning. Support commercial strategy with insights on industry trends, emerging competitors, and whitespace opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, R&D) to align analytics with business goals and inform go-to-market planning. Present findings in a clear, executive-ready format that connects insights to business implications. Develop and maintain dashboards, presentations, and models that communicate trends and competitive movements. Maintain awareness of industry developments, regulatory shifts, and customer behavior relevant to strategic planning. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, or commercial analytics, preferably in the medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industry. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance or related field. Combined education and experience will be considered.
