The Role We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Executive who has experience selling in debt collection industry and wants to be part of the next big thing. You’ll be responsible for building and managing a strong pipeline, engaging with key decision makers at agencies, lenders, and enterprises with receivables portfolios, and closing deals that drive measurable impact. Key Responsibilities • Identify and qualify potential clients in debt collection, lending, and accounts receivable management sectors. • Develop a deep understanding of our AI solutions and clearly articulate their business value. • Lead the full sales cycle — from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing. • Work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction. • Attend industry events, webinars, and conferences to represent the brand and generate leads. • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Qualifications • 4–8+ years of selling debt collection services or technology required. • Good understanding of the account receivables industry, specifically consumer collections • Strong network within the collections or lending industry is a plus. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. • Passion for AI and its ability to revolutionize traditional industries.
